- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Custom Orders: If you are ordering a custom fragrance or a bulk order, processing times may vary. You will be notified of the expected delivery time for such orders.
4. Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping: Once your order is processed, delivery times within Pakistan are typically 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may range from 7-21 business days, depending on the shipping destination and customs clearance in your country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
6. Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, etc.). If your order is delayed, we will do our best to inform you and assist in resolving the issue.

- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
